*** Happy National Scrapbook Day ***
Saturday is officially NSD and Auntie Em's is celebrating in stye with an all day crop AND another sale just for National Scrapbook Day.  Spots are still available so quick .. give the store a call and reserve  yours today.  Now ... on to some inspiration:

This month's PageMaps Sketch featurs Basic Grey's Marjolaine line.  What fabulous papers to work with and colours to pull from.  Different shades of greens, blues and browns, there are so many options.

Notice how Lorena accented her photos?  What a great idea to layer a smaller version of your photo on top to bring interest and dimension to your page.

It is very hard to tell in the photo but there are actually three layers of dimension amongst my photos using different thickness of pop-dot.  To add interest to my title and make it *pop*, I used my while Sigma gel pen to create faux stitching.  I also rotated the sketch and used Scenic Route lined paper to create my raffle-tickets-turned-jounnalling-spot.

It was a fun and creative sketch to work but watch out ... June is already in the works and I promise you it wont be like your 'typical' layout.  Until then, happy creating and please take a moment to share with us how Pagemaps inspired YOU.
